We strive to provide fast, professional service with clear upfront pricing . We first package any basic cleaning needs into one fee based on the size your space. itemize deep cleaning projects such as appliance detailing, stain removal, carpet cleaning, etc.

The more information and photos you can provide about your requested cleaning or disinfection will help us provide a upfront quote with a defined scope of work.

What is the difference between basic cleaning, deep cleaning and disinfection?

CrossClean Basic Cleaning services include:
●Sinks and Showers Wipe Down ●Sweep / Mop ●Remove crumbs and stains from countertops, cabinets and tables ●Interior windows (limit 4 small windows for basic) ●Lights and fixtures ●Vacuuming carpets, cushions, and upholstery ●Sweep / Mop ●Wipe Railing and Banisters ●Toilet cleaning and disinfection ●Dusting furniture and any decorative accessories ●Remove crumbs and food debris from countertops, cabinets and tables Refrigerator, oven, microwave and other appliances ●Window sills & picture frames ●Mirrors ●Cleaning all surfaces including decorations and light fixtures ●Sink and Faucet Cleaning ●Tile mopped
●Vacuuming carpets and seat cushions

These basic cleaning services are packaged together in a single cleaning price based on your need. They do not include heavy scrubbing, tile and grout scrubbing or major grim and stain removal from any area. To give the best possible pricing we encourage all customers to submit photos of any area they believe might fall into “Deep Cleaning”

CrossClean Deep Cleaning services are priced per job and include:
● Heavy Soap Scum Removal
● Heavy Stain Removal
● Complete Appliance Detailing
● Tile and Grout Heavy Scrub
● Exterior Windows or over 3 Interior Windows
● Carpet Cleaning and Dirt and Stain Removal
● Other restoration, heavy stain or grime removal

CrossClean Disinfection is a multi-step service that includes:
1. Manual Disinfection of High Touch Point Areas
2. Clorox Turbo Pro
3. UVC Light Disinfection

This service is to prevent the spread of dangerous pathogens like COVID-19 and is highly recommended for areas that have possible or confirmed cases of outbreak. The thorough disinfection also kills bacteria from pets and the outdoors that lives in hard to reach areas. We use CDC/EPA approved cleaning agents that are safe for your home but kill over 99% of bacteria and pathogens.

How trustworthy are your employees?
All CrossClean technicians are interviewed, background checked and trained to excel at customer service. Via our app-free client portal you can see the technicians assigned to your job. To avoid any potential misplacement of your property we encourage you to review our attached liability and valuables policy.

How can I pay?
We accept cash, zelle transfer, debit and credit card purchases. To complete a job without upfront payment a credit card must be held on file. You may be charged a 1.5% convenience fee for use of a credit card. You may be required to place a deposit for services and are required to pay the balance of your job after completion.

What do you not clean or disinfect?
To ensure the highest quality of care, we don’t typically:
Clean toys / Clean the inside of your fireplace Organize personal items / Clean your iron /Do laundry
